TANDEM PARAGLIDING

42 m2 paragliding for two persons is called tandem. In tandem flights, an experienced pilot uses the parachute; the other person is in the passenger position.

The parachute is laying on the ground and in the open position behind the pilot and passenger. The flight seats, called harness, are extremely modern and safe. The passenger can easily chat with the pilot or take photos during the flight.

The pilot and passenger are connected to each other in a special system. The pilot pulls the parachute and provides a ready-to-fly wing profile and starts by flying a few steps. The tandem passenger does not need special training and can only fly with a brief briefing by the pilot.

Tandem flight does not require a long and technical training process, so everyone can enjoy the flight with Paragliding. Our company has been providing commercial tandem flights in Uzungol region for many years and the interest of many domestic and foreign tourists continues to increase. Tandem flight has become the most popular alternative tourism and sport activity in recent years.

PROGRAM

We meet at our office in Uzungol at the time we have previously determined. Approximately 20 minutes ride, we reach our departure point with an altitude of 750 meters from the landing area.

After completing our preparations and controls, we begin the flight with the directive of our pilot. Flight time can vary from 15 to 25 minutes. During the flight, our pilot informs you about the environment and takes photos and videos.

Afterwards, we are preparing for the descent and we complete our flight by descending to the descent area on the edge of Uzungöl in the magnificent view you watch from above.

DESCRIPTION

● Our pilot has THK Approved FAI Para Pro 5 (highest pilot degree) and T2 - Commercial Tandem Pilot licences.

● Our flights take place between weekday and weekend, every day of the week, sunrise and sunset.

● You should spare at least 2-3 hours during the day for this activity due to reasons such as access to the flight area, briefing, preparations, weather conditions assessment and waiting. You may need to spend more time depending on weather conditions.

● Paragliding weight limit is the range of 25-105 kilograms. In the basic flight theory, the total load  must be between 120 and 220. According to this logic, except for the weight of the equipment, anyone weights between 25 kg to 110 kg can paraglide safely within our company

● People of all ages can participate in paragliding tandem flights. In general, people aged 5 to 90 are flying.

IMPORTANT NOTES

● A reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date you want.

● Booking date changes or cancellations must be made up to at least 24 hours. You can perform the operation with the Cancel button from the Login step for the cancellation process. Your money will be refunded to your credit card.

● For reservations less than 24 hours, cancellation and date changes cannot be made and no refunds will be made.
